"Property and room was very clean. Property convenient to market, convenience stores and a metro station. Only complaint is our toilet started leaking the second day and could not be fixed until the next week. We were only there for three nights. We had two options: 1) continue to use the room and use the toilet in another room 2) split us up into two rooms. It was my wife and son. We opted for the two rooms which were significantly smaller. I initially reserved a big room that had two bedrooms....

This was a great place for us to spend our 5 nights in Kyoto as it was close/walking distance from Kyoto station and had more than enough space for our family of four. We were looking for something that had ensuite laundry and a kitchenette so we could prepare our own meals, and this location had both. To make it more convenient, it would have been nice if they had a few more items in the suite like a iron/ironing board, which is usually in hotel...

"Might be hard to use air conditioner, bath (hot water boiler controls) and washing machine if you do not read Japanese. Front desk people speak native Chinese and very good Japanese; I'm not sure about their English."
