Great hotel - very kind people, happy for early check-ins. The room is immaculate, spotless clean. Although small it’s perfect for travellers - 8mins to Osaka station! Perfect location.

Clean and quiet, close to ShinOsaka station, which made a day trip to Kyoto very simple. Free coffee in the lounge and a washing machine in the room were pleasant surprises.

Overall good hotel, bikes should be free 20 min walk to most sites and restaurants

Good location - walking distance to buses, trains, shops and restaurants. Staff were excellent - very helpful. Room was very spacious, clean and washer/dryer was great. Kids loved the large shower and bunk beds. Made our stay in Kyoto very enjoyable and memorable.

The room is spacious and so clean . The location is not far from subway and surrounding with many restaurants and shops . It is quite good for family as it is not crowded .

Small room but very well laid out with everything where you need it to be. Nice projector for watching TV or Netflix, comfortable bed, immaculately clean. Staff were courteous and helpful. Good location on Osaka. Would definitely recommend.
