Loved that that the hotel was so convenient and walkable to whatever we needed. The staff was very helpful and if they didn't understand us, they were very good at using google translate. Also, was surprised how quiet the rooms were. We never heard our neighbors or their kids/tv.

A newer hotel in Osaka, conveniently located to train stations and lots of eateries around. The rooms were quite spacious considering it is Japan. The staff was super nice and attentive as well. They helped with luggage delivery service and setting everything up. They even helped confirmed with the other hotel our reservation was there before calling. They unfortunately don’t have a change machine with the laundry so bring your 100¥! Also they are always busy so be prepared to wait.

This hotel was very convenient for a two night stay. It had so much shopping and food and was right by a train station. The downside, the hotel obviously gets a lot of visitors and is quite big. As such, there's a lot of wear and tear in the lobby and the rooms. Our room was covered in scuff marks (likely from luggage) and the carpet was peeling. The shower was musty and had a super unpleasant smell. To top that off our room was dirty the sink had what looked like remnants of vomit and when we pulled the hand towels down the wall was covered in what looked like toothpaste splatters. But it was more splatter than wall. Luckily the bed appeared clean, but the whole place gave me the ick.
