"Kitchenette is well stocked. Grocery store is within walking distance of around 10 mins. There's on-site parking at a fee but there's only 3 lots. So take your chances. Very clean and comfortable. "

"Stay was great! We are a family of 2 adults and 4 kids and there was enough space in our room for a comfortable stay. Hotel is 2 blocks from a main avenue with a lot of dinning options. The hotel doesn't ship luggage, only receives and storages them, however, there's a 7-11 a block from the hotel to ship luggage. Rooms were clean and everything was as expected. The male receptionist who spoke English was so helpful and nice. He gave our kids some boxes with treats and when we checked out, he...

"Convini are close by. Hotel was great. Staff were cery nice and spoke good english. Well worth the money for a family of four. Plenty of room and space for luggage. Bathroom was big and laundry machine worked great. They gave me a gift for my birthday when i checked in. Very cool for a hotel to do that. "

"I definitely loved the location, close to Okachimachi station, 4 min walk to Ginza station, about 15 min walk to Akihabara. Ueno shopping was crazy busy, food is always top notch. Hotel was perfect for a family of 4, washer/dryer combo in the room gave us more room in the luggage to bring gifts home. There is a cool and very traditional town in Ueno that was filled with Temple and Shrines. Amazing trip, we are already planning our next adventure because we didn't get to do everything we wanted....
