Kawasaki King Skyfront Tokyu REI Hotel

"The hotel was clean and nice. I didn't see many eateries around the hotel but they do have a restaurant which was a little pricey. The only issue with the hotel is the airport pickup. We wasted time trying to figure it out and ended up getting a taxi to the hotel for 1300 yen. The airport shuttle is a small bus that they said parks in the chartered bus section and airport pickup starts about 6PM for terminal 3. The hotel didn't respond to my Expedia request about the pickup service and their schedule website didn't come up so time was wasted as we tried to figure it out. The runs to the airport run on a schedule (usually 1 hourly). I wouldn't stay here again because of the sketchy airport pickup service. The shuttle service to the airport was good. Just remember, the bus will leave on time so be early."

"The hotel is fantastic. The spa/bath is top shelf and included with your room. Rooms are a bit small but well appointed. The checkin was a headache because the Expedia reservation was not readily available. It took staff four tries to finally pull it from the system. The self checkin scans your passport and I suspect the middle name is not shared from Expedia so no match is found. We finally found the reservation by leaving out the middle name via a manual entry."

"There were too many restrictions and rules and regulations. There is a huge language barrier, you had to be out of the room by 2pm deadline to clean, you could only use the pool from 3pm - 9pm. I was not allowed to see the pool unless I was going to use it. It's goes on an on. They only had one restaurant and it was not good at all. I would not stay there again"
