"The hotel was the right size and in an amazing location. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The bar and cafe that are on the first floor were great! However, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and almost impossible to sleep in. We were giving extra pillows when we requested, which was helpful but didn’t make much of a difference in our sleep. "
