"The hotel is conveniently located near the red line and within walking distance of a lot of attractions. The staff was helpful - they offered to move us to a room on a lower floor due to the room temperature (it was over 90 degrees when we stayed there) and also lended us a phone charger. The hotel was very clean as well. Will definitely stay here again."

"Our first time visiting Chicago and the hotel was hands down the best. Located in downtown Chicago, which made everything pretty much walking distance. The complimentary breakfast (buffet style) was great with many options to choose from. Staff were amazing and were kind enough to accommodate us with an early check- in (with an extra cost since we arrived in at 7:30am). "Our family used 2 rooms. Both rooms needed updated bathrooms. There was rust around the bathtub faucets and the silver in the mirrors was significantly peeling. Only 2 of the 4 elevators were working but we did receive advance notices about that. The buffet breakfast is very nice. The property was clean."
