It felt like the place has been rundown and the service was subpar. They placed a huge hold on my credit card and it wasn’t removed for a week after I stayed there. I called him to request an update on what’s going on and have been transferred like to three different people homework really helpful. In terms of facility felt super bare. I expected to be much more premium and frankly felt very basic. The room did not even have a refrigerator let alone any minibar or any kind of goodies. It felt more like a cheap motel rather than an upscale establishment. I asked at the reception and they said the mini fridge is upon request and used Covid as an excuse. And Covid was 4 years ago, get with the program…

We really enjoyed out stay! Everything was perfect! We celebrated my husband's 65th Birthday and the staff were amazing!!!! Lois, the Concierge was the BEST! She stayed on top of everything and the staff were very accommodating. The location is PERFECT! We can't say enough about this location, the staff and the city. What a perfect location!!!!! The place was nice and the staff were super nice, but it didn't really feel like a family friendly environment. I think this hotel is setup for couples more than families. The staff though were super nice!
