"The lobby was beautiful and clean. The staff at the front desk and bar were all friendly. The breakfast was delicious. Cannot wait to come back and stay at the RIU."

"The hotel does not have microwaves in the rooms. Guests have to walk into the hallway to use the microwave, and the refrigerator in the rooms does not get cold. I was a guest twice at this hotel within the last year, so it's safe to say that this issue with the refrigerators is a problem with them all."
