The staff was very friendly and helpful. They allowed me to store my bicycle in a locked room with various large luggage so that I didn't have to leave it outside. The location is highly convenient, about halfway between Union Station and the art Institute, and around the corner from Ludwig Mies van der Rohe's beautiful Federal Plaza.
