"Everything was absolutely amazing at this hostel after bad experiences in the past I was very suspicious. Yet everywhere I went People were respectful both Guests and staff. "I arrived a bit early. They didn't allow me to check in early, although it was confirmed the previous guest had left. I asked a kind favor to prioritize cleaning my room first but it was not entertained. I asked to switch to another room that is ready and has been cleaned but my request was rejected. No effort was made whatsoever to help guests except the easy response of saying a sharp "NO" with a stuck-up face. Finally passed the check-in time, 3 pm, but my room was still not ready. I told...

I was a bit upset that the lounge was at capacity because we pretty much booked our trip around the lounge being available and there was nothing on the app here stating that the lounge was not available so if that could be implemented, that would be great other than that the room service was amazing. Housekeeping was perfect. The views were beautiful. I will definitely be back. "

"My friend and I stayed for the weekend and enjoyed ourselves. The rooms were artsy and clean, and the staff was amazing, particularly Annie (front desk) and Sam (cafe). We didn’t try the breakfast, but everything looked appealing and fresh. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the Michigan Ave attractions, but I prefer it since the area is less noisy, especially at night! Overall great stay, I will definitely be back."
