"Perfect location for Chicago downtown, beautiful river view, friendly staffs, I loved this place. The only thing I hated was my neighbors next door smoking against the rule. The staff acted properly by knocking the door and calling to the room. "

"The hotel was nice and the inside was top notch, but they charge you 25 dollars a day for wifi, pool use, and a bunch of unnecessary credits. Even if you do not use these items you are still charged. Was not happy about that. "

"I arrived a bit early. They didn't allow me to check in early, although it was confirmed the previous guest had left. I asked a kind favor to prioritize cleaning my room first but it was not entertained. I asked to switch to another room that is ready and has been cleaned but my request was rejected. No effort was made whatsoever to help guests except the easy response of saying a sharp "NO" with a stuck-up face. Finally passed the check-in time, 3 pm, but my room was still not ready. I told...

"The hotel is great but charging $77 per day for parking to paying guests is a bit insane! Also, the suite I booked didn’t have a microwave in it considering that the hotel itself has two restaurants inside it and I couldn’t warm up my leftovers was kind of an inconvenience…other than that I had a great stay!"
