"From the beginning of my experience it was beyond awful. First things first, I was unable to check into my room until after 8pm. If that wasn't bad enough I had to wait in the lobby area for over an hour while I was berated by a man whom I presumed to be homeless for 15 minutes. When I finally was able to go-to my room, the room was dirty and not at all what was advertised. Also, my wife spotted what we presumed to be blood stains in the bathroom. All in all this was an absolute horrible...

"Great location. Michigan avenue very close. Plenty of restaurants close by. Staff very considerate. For example, I returned to the restaurant and my hands were full. A staff member noticed and not only called the elevator but accessed my floor (required a key card). Room was very nice. Surprisingly large with a separate living area and large bathroom."

"This charming, vintage hotel was exactly the stay of our dreams. It's a great price in a wonderful neighborhood. The staff was so kind and they even had cookies out in the lobby during the day. I'm thankful a hotel like the Willows exists in Chicago, staying there made our visit that much better. "

"We’ve spent 5 days in Chicago to celebrate my birthday. Since day 1, Pedro, the front desk agent has been extremely attentive and knowledgeable. He gave us a list with his favorite restaurants and also recommended some activities to do. The hotel was incredible but Pedro made Chicago so special for us! We owe you a special thanks! And of course a gift but we couldn’t see you in our last day:(
