"The lobby are was beautiful. When we got to the room it was OK but not quite up to the standards that I expect from embassy suites. The room wa clean but the bathtub had rust and the soap dish was crusty. The ring around the fire sprinkler was falling off. A major source of dissatisfaction is based on their business practices. They advertise a price for a room but then add a $25 per day non optional destination fee when you check in. This is outside of taxes and other government fees. ...

The room furnishings were rather worn, the bed was soft, the pillows were very lumpy and the curtains were not attached properly. Parts of the bathroom had been remodeled and were new, while other fixtures were dingy. ...
