"I booked this room through Expedia and it did not include breakfast. The room was small and echoey. The hallway was noisy, there is only one ice maker for the entire hotel. The WiFi is horrible. (Had to use my cell data my entire stay). There is no parking. There is valet next door for $71USD per 24 hours, it does have in and out privileges just text and they’ll get your vehicle. The hotel was within walking distance of a lot of attractions"

I asked a kind favor to prioritize cleaning my room first but it was not entertained. I asked to switch to another room that is ready and has been cleaned but my request was rejected.
