"Overall, we had a great stay and were very happy with the hotel. The property, amenities, and staff were excellent. The only disappointing part of our experience was our interaction with the valet attendant. Instead of politely asking for our room number or reservation confirmation, he immediately said that valet parking was only for hotel guests. "I was just hoping we would come out of our stay alive. The police were there when we were checking in and there was some really crazy people around. The room smelled and the hallways smelled like urine. Also the lights didn't work next to the door, the light switch was on the other side of the room. Whole experience awful and kinda scary."

"The front desk staff were not very friendly. They seemed very serious and rarely smiled. I'm not sure if that's the hotel's policy or just my experience, but it wasn't very welcoming. In fact, the only person who consistently greeted guests with a smile and said goodbye was the security guard at the entrance. That said, the hotel itself was reasonably priced, and I was happy with the room overall."
