"When I arrived at the property the staff was so welcoming and kind which made my check in process very pleasant and efficient. When i entered my room was it was clean and due to the weather at a very tolerable chill room temp. I enjoyed my stay and I will return soon."

"The room seemed clean, but the bathroom was a little dirty. They require a $300 deposit, which I thought was too much for just one night. I only slept there for about 6 hours. I wasn’t able to shower in the morning because of the shared bathroom situation. There were two other guests using the bathroom in the morning and I had to check out by 10am."

"The stay was disappointing from the moment we arrived. The pictures online were misleading, and the actual room looked nothing like what was advertised. There was no privacy at all — the room had only thin blinds with no curtains, and anyone outside could easily see in. The layout felt unsafe, more like a roadside motel with doors opening directly to the parking lot. "We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel and the suite were very clean. The suite itself and the bathroom are spacious. Surrounding area is safe and is the best for Asian food and K-pop lovers with many good restaurants offering authentic food and gift stores. The location is so great that we enjoyed walking along the street and explored restaurants and gifts stores daily. "Overall had a very comfortable stay. We enjoyed our room, which was quite large and comfortable. A little noisy with our window facing the alley. The first doorman we interacted with was absolutely delightful and so helpful. Unfortunately the other shift was covered by a somewhat surly and very unhelpful staff member. "This hotel was in a good location and our room was huge! Tons of space AND the kitchen! We also had huge windows that allowed for a bunch of light and I loved the beautiful smelling lotion! I'd recommend staying here if you want to spread out and be comfortable, but also be close enough to the pier/downtown to walk if you didn't have a car."
