"La ubicación del hotel es buenísima, la edad ya le pasó algo de factura a los cuartos y al hotel en general, aunque sigue siendo una experiencia cómoda. El estacionamiento del hotel es algo caro, aunque hay algunas otras opciones cerca."

"Close to millennium park and river walk. Handheld shower didn't work and shower gel bottles were empty and when asked to refill those they took 45 minutes to refill resulting in delays to our plans."

"Good customer service and the food in the lobby restaurants was so good! Also the service at that restaurant is amazing I believe her name was Stephanie, she went out of her way to find me caffeine free Diet Coke. Also, we forgot to tell them that we don’t eat bacon after the hamburger came. They happily to get back and started another hamburger to make sure there’s no bacon residue in it."

"Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was awesome. The happy hour was great. Ambience was awesome. Only thing that I’d say was expensive is parking. Costs $39.00. All in all really worth the price."
