"Everything about this hotel is exceptional! We were treated like royalty from the minute we arrived with the lovely front desk staff searching for the best room with a view for us to the complimentary bottle of Sangiovese that arrived minutes after we had settled in. We had an amazing room overlooking the gardens with a view of the London eye. Complimentary mini bar and a super comfortable bed meant our four day stay in London was perfect! You cannot fault the staff here for their hospitality...

"All the staff are amazing. They make you feel very welcome, are all so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. I really can't praise them enough! The room was small but very clean and comfortable with everything you could need for a great stay. The air con was a massive bonus as it was very hot during our stay, but our room was lovely and cool so we got a great nights sleep each night. "Lovely stay in a good sized room. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was well appointed, although potentially a little bit dated. There could do with being some plugs or USB ports next to the bed. Pool was a good size and wasn't busy. Would have preferred the sauna and steam room to be near to the pool so that we could go in together, rather than it being part of the male or female changing rooms."

"The President Hotel was excellent, great location, very close to Russell Square underground station. Breakfast was very good, many choices. The only downside was the safe was on the top shelf of the wardrobe, my friend and I only 5 feet tall and couldn’t see inside without standing on a chair. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and we will return in the future."
