"The staff were very attentive from arrival to departure. The breakfast buffet was very well organised and room was immaculate. We used the pool and even though the Health suite is in the process of a refurb it was all very clean."

"Perfect location if you are traveling to or from London via train or tube. Nicely renovated. Rooms are small but very clean. Nice coffee bar at the end of the hall. Helpful staff, especially the bellhop."

"I was disappointed to find that there were no water or amenities refills on my last day. As these are basic expectations for any hotel stay, I was surprised that they weren’t provided. I hope this can be addressed for future guests.
This keeps the feedback clear and constructive!
Frankly, this will be my last visit to Novotel."
