"Superb location! Minutes away from major attractions, so we were able to go back to the hotel multiple times during the day to freshen up and cool down in the hot temperature this August. Breakfast selection was good, room and bathroom were very spacious and clean. The receptionists there were very friendly and helpful too. We loved our stay here while in Florence."

"Strong smell in hallway and room. Not a foul smell just an unpleasant strong perfume type of smell. No in room coffee maker or full length mirror. "What a disappointment. I have stayed at 5 star Baglioni Hotels in other cities, but In Florence the Grand Hotel Baglioni did not offer 5 star accommodations or a helpful staff. Our suite was poorly laid out, the bed was uncomfortable, and the bathroom was a long narrow hallway with a shower set up in the bathtub that was messy at best and dangerous at worst.
