The front desk staff were all very helpful and friendly. Our room was beautiful and was kept spotlessly clean, and I really liked the touchpad system for lighting so any combination of lights can be controlled from either bedside. Excellent location for walking to anywhere in Florence, and no street noise in our room! Hotel breakfast was good but not much hot food for 20€. We were supposed to receive a free bottle of sparkling wine and unfortunately didn’t realize until our last day that we had to ask for it (was not mentioned at check-in, and we didn’t ask sooner because we thought it would be put in our room at some point during the stay).

This is a small hotel that has an excellent location within walking distance of everything including the train station and all sites. Staff was very does let and helpful. Rooms are clean and the bathrooms are well appointed and modern. I highly recommend this property.

Staff were amazing. Daniel checked us in and provided excellent dining suggestions! Room was small but very comfortable. There was a little garden space that was nice for hanging out. Will definitely stay again if we visit Florence.
