"The room was very dusty, no microwave or mini fridges no rubber bath mat inside the bath. The amenities eg swimming pool and gym was fantastic. The restaurant bar was great as well as the breakfast. Front office staff was very helpful ."

"Great sized room with modern decor and lovely small touches linking it to the location next to the studios - excellent staff, downside was the fan that was provided in the room, didn’t really work effectively but it was a heatwave and even though the hotel decor is modern the building is quite old. Breakfast also had a great selection and it’s a great place to stay that’s quiet but easy to get into central."

"The hotel is in a great location for me as I used to live in the area and it’s perfect for catching up with friends. It is well away from the road so lovely and quiet and about 30 minute walk to a railway station; fine for me as I had transport. There is plenty of parking though if an event is on, car park space can be limited but they allow parking on grass. The room I stayed in needed updating and because of that needed to be scrupulously clean; unfortunately cobwebs can suggest otherwise....

"qqThe apartment is very spacious and clean. Definitely would stay again. The only issue we had is that it was a 30 degree weekend and the apartment got very hot. It had 4 fans but they didn’t cool down the apartment."

"Staff were excellent and got a free welcome drink from the bar which was a bonus. Rooms were good size and it’s ideal for a base. The only issue was there was no Air con and it’s been really hot. Tube station 20 min walk. Good parking would stay again."

"Stayed June 20 & 21, 2026. The directions were great, the staff very helpful and accommodating. The 2 nights were very hot & humid! Didn't know how to open the windows, thought they needed keys, but they didn't. We're from Canada so the windows are different. Luckily we had a fan in the room to help us sleep the 1st night. With the windows open the 2nd night, we still needed the fan for comfort. Apparently the UK was having a heat wave! Sam, the owner/manager (?) was very responsive and...

"This hotel is basically student accommodation, running and shouting down the hall ways around midnight. Eventually moved room after initially being told hotel was full to then be told "my bad" we have another room."
