"Wir haben das Hotel gebucht um die HarryPotter Studios zu besichtigen, es war nicht das größte Hotel aber vollkommen ausreichend. Das Frühstück war typisch Englisch und immer reichlich verfügbar. "

"We found the staff were really nice and,friendly nothing was to much trouble for any of the girls maria was lovely every day we had breakfast she new what drinks we wanted also the blonde girl who was on the bar at night was great so was the other two girls but, we didn't know there names which was a shame because i could but, there names here food was good at night too so was breakfast the room were really clean we would go back there anytime if we were around ther part of the country"

"There was a bit of mould on the grouting in the bathroom and some paint touch-up is required on the heating pipe in the bedroom area. The sash window and frame could do with some sprucing-up and aircon in the room is required. I understand that it is a period building, but I like modern conveniences too."

"Unlike many, I do not sleep well in quiet. I knew there was a pub below and my day was a long (8 hours alone at the Warner Studios) & a tiring one so the noise allowed me to fall asleep immediately. I woke up only once when it had gone quiet, very quiet for being on an artery, and that did not stop me from going right back to sleep. The only wrinkle was on leaving. While we did have a helpful guide in the room, it did not include what to do with our keys. Fortunately for me, I did not have an...

"Need touching up in places. One of the lamps didn't work .i had difficulties getting up the stairs has was on the second floor due to my knee .clean rooms. nice continental breakfast .and friendly staff"
