"We stayed at this new hotel (about 3 months since opening) for 1 night. Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The decor is unique and interesting, and the staff are friendly and very helpful. The room we had was on a side street just off Kensington High Street. The room was quiet and dark. It also had air conditioning and a comfortable bed. "Room was small but accommodating for 3 people. The only thing we used it for was to sleep in. The Lift (Elevator) was very slow. Always took the elevator up but walked down the stairs. Room was very clean. No A/C but we knew this when we booked the room reservation. We really didn't need A/C until that last night were were there. The provided fan helped a lot. The general location of the hotel is a very comfortable walk to Paddington Station."
