That was a tear in one of the curtains and the French window onto the garden didn’t engage down at the bottom thus not locking properly alsowe had a lightbulb out on the wall lights behind the bed. "The hotel is extremely dated and is far away from being a 4 star hotel. The rooms are small, hot & stuffy. The windows didn’t open fully (safety - fair enough) and the fan provided in the wardrobe was so full of dust it wouldn’t even switch on. Carpets throughout the hotel are old and tatty. The walls are littered with scuff marks and the floor tiles in our bathroom were all cracked. The hotel was completely understaffed so no wonder the ones that were there were cranky & frazzled. "Beautiful surrounding. Hotel property is ok. On the first day at the reception I was given a room that takes about 6 minutes to walk,I went with 2 suitcases up a steep hill till the hotel area.the weather was really really hot.was not offered for someone to give me a hand! Then 1 flight up no lift.came there was exhausted as hell.no a/c in the rooms only small fan.did not sleep well 3 nights.in the morning 7.50 a.m working was going on on the roof really loud noise..so could not enjoy some...
