"整體大致上還可以，但酒店的隔音設備很差，只要門口有人說話，都能夠清清楚楚的聽到，有時連清潔房間的吸塵聲也能聽到。住我隔壁的兩間房，每朝每晚都有幾個說普通話的大人和小孩在大聲說話和叫囂，十分騷擾，令我每朝都被吵醒。如果要求寧靜的旅客，這間酒店未必適合。"

"We had a late check-in arriving from Disneyland, the front desk receptionist, Ms. Bobo Ngai, very attentive personnel, she gave us a very warm welcome, providing all information we might need during our stay. It's almost a ritual, every time we visit HK, our last stay should be in the Hotel Icon, no others and it cannot be reverse either in our trip plan. On our firt day of arrival to HK, we chose other hotels which we also stayed with satisfaction, however, not to be disappointed or leaving...
