"I cannot rate this property high enough. It was exactly what I needed for my 10day stay in HK. The staff was incredibly attentive, generous, pleasant as well as beyond competent. From thoughtful gestures, to always being helpful, the staff really made our stay a wonderful experience. We stayed in a 1br Suite- House of Astor. It was quite spacious and comfortable for the duration of our trip. I must commend the staff again, the experience was quite incredible. "

"Newly created family rooms are relevant & superb and of a good size by HK standards. Ofcourse prices are very high but if you dont mind paying for your family's comfort then this is it. They even have a very-thoughful family lounge which is a nice touch. My kids went there for their bedtime milk and light snacks. Staffs were attentive and 5star service throughout. "

"Very convenient location in a very nice part of Hong Kong. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. I did not eat on site at the hotel at all. I did use the rooftop balcony for cocktails with friends and it was beautiful and service was excellent."

"This is a great boutique hotel - spacious and very clean, really well situated in the middle of everything and close to the transport hubs. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. "Good. The location is great. About 3 minutes to Time Square. I booked a room for 3 person but I was given a room with 2 single beds. I spoke with the counter officer, Kevin.
