It is at the pet friendly mall, so it feels great to see all these cute dogs everyday. Nice view at the habour too. Room size is decent. Bed is confortable. The only complain maybe pillow being too soft.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The accommodations are comfortable and the rooms offer plenty of space. The breakfast was a major highlight every morning. We also highly recommend accessing the club room, as it adds great value. Throughout our stay, the staff was consistently warm and welcoming.

Rooms are modern, clean and bed mattress were comfortable. Staff were able to communicate well with English and Cantonese. Rooms have air conditioning and paid laundry services if you require it. Roof top gym was very good for a travel work out and the outdoor pool was a nice touch.

Great location. Beautiful views and yet you can stroll out to see the real Hong Kong in the neighbourhood. Very close to the transit system. Infinity Pool may be somewhat over rated. If you forego the daily cleaning they offer you a hotel credit. We stayed a few days and used the credit for some delicious pastries in the hotel. Great rooms and the dark out blinds were very effective.

This is a quality hotel with great facilities and good staff. The harbour view rooms are tremendous with full length views from the main room and the bathroom. The rooftop pool has similarly breathtaking views, as does the very well equipped gym. Room service was fast and good food. The location is next door to everything you need - shopping mall with supermarket, ferry wharf, metro train station. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in HK. The only thing missing is a bar and drinks around the pool.

This is a great hotel overlooking the waterfront at North Point and close to the MTR. We found the staff to be exceptionally helpful and friendly throughout the hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a variety of dishes every day. Our room was clean and spacious but it really lacked drawer space, and we ended up folding things and leaving them on the floor under the desk. Overall, a good place to stay in a convenient location.

Overall very good place to stay. Rooms were clean and modern enough. Aircon was a little noisy in my room though, Staff friendly and amenities great. Breakfast at the main restaurant is good, not as expensive as others I’ve stayed at but plenty of options still. There hotel was a close walk to the North Side metro station. Shops and markets in walking distance also. The entrance to the hotel was a little inconspicuous, situated on the market side. Overall a pleasant stay.

This is a very good hotel, ideal for a business trip to Hong Kong. The staff for very friendly, the restaurants on site including the breast first are excellent and the facilities are also very good, it is very reasonably priced for Hong Kong and the location is excellent.
