"Overall, the stay was pleasant. The rooms were clean and had plenty of storage. The area around the facility was good and easy access to buses and the tram. Some downsides, the room's outlets didnt work with the hair dryer that was provided and the exercise room lacked luster as it only had 2 small exercise bikes a tiny treadmill and one bench with a few weights. "The hotel upgraded my stay to a suite. It was very spacious and had all the amenities I needed. However some things obviously need upgrading (shower and floors) and only one elevator was available and the hotel is located in a mixed use building which caused some delays. Overall the location is wonderful, very close to two metro stations and other transport, fairly quiet in the evenings."
