Room was filthy with previous guests hair all over the carpet and layer of dusts on all area. Hotel also uses scents on all floors, which is too overwhelming for us. Room’s air conditioner was weak as it never goes below 22C over a two weeks period, no matter what you set on thermostat. Body wash and shampoo are no name brand which is unusual for a 4-5 stars hotel, we ended up getting our own body wash after a few days as it causes itchy skin. Location is terrible with very limited public transportation around and far from MTR or major transportation hub. Other than their hotel’s own cafe and restaurants, there is only one store within a 10 minute walking radius. Staff are friendly and professional even with demanding hotel guests.
