"This hotel is brand new and it is super clean! It is in a very convenient location, and there are a ton of restaurants around. However, what set this hotel apart is the staff. They are so courteous and kind. My 80 year parents stayed for 5 nights during Chinese New Year, and they went above and beyond to assist my parents. Very impressed! We will definitely stay here again when we visit Hong Kong next time. "

"Hotel was lovely. We celebrated my wife’s 40th birthday there, and they kindly gave her a small celebration cake that was absolutely delicious. Maybe the best cake we have ever had! So thank you to the staff, for all their help too. Room was really nice and a great view over the harbour, so we could see the lights and the daily light show. Good location to get around everywhere - very close to underground station. Lots of shops around and a market, and malls. One of the things we enjoyed the most was the little map and five vouchers to try local speciality foods. Finding the stores was difficult, but once you do there is a little poster in the store to tell you that you are in the right spot for that particular voucher, just hand it over to the staff and they give to you their delicious treat for free, with no expectation of a purchase. The map also shows you local tourist spots in that area, and is a great way to encourage you to explore North Point before you venture out to other tourist spots in the country. The tv in the room was great, and some good channels. Surprisingly was able to watch live Premier League games albeit in Chinese. I don’t have that luxury at home! Would love to visit the country again and if we do this is the place we will choose to stay. Met another guy on our stay and he said he always stays there whenever he visits, so others also think so. "
