"Alexandria Hotel. Hongkong: the staff very accommodating and welcoming to the guests, friendly gesture! The rooms were well maintained cleaned. The house maids make up the room daily as what I wanted. The Breakfast Buffet was excellent choice! Overall I must say I can come back to stay here in my next journey! Location was perfect for all I needed. I am very pleased and happy that I chose this Hotel. Thank you for all the staffs! Well deserved!"

"We had late flights both arriving and departing, so the proximity to the airport was perfect. A request about the shuttle was never responded to which was a pain as it meant backtracking to the taxi stand and finding a driver who took cards as we had no cash yet. We’d stay there again without question, just wish we had more info beforehand about the shuttle."

"We liked the cleanliness and the spacious room. Amenities were great and the convenience of the shopping mall was very helpful. What we don't like is that, the hotel do not have a laundromat in the hotel itself. It will be great to have one situated in the hotel. If not, hotel should at least provide information of the nearest laundromat and ways to get there"
