We had a wonderful 7-day stay at this hotel. The room was clean and well-equipped with all the amenities needed for international travel. I especially appreciated the hotel’s mobile app, which made it easy to order room service and request items such as a side-sleeper pillow and extra towels. The in-house rewards points system for spending within the hotel was also a nice perk.
Our Victoria Harbour view was absolutely stunning and made the stay even more memorable.
We really enjoyed having breakfast on the second level and ended up dining there several times during our stay. The breakfast selection was excellent with a wide variety of options. In comparison, we found the breakfast offerings stronger than the dinner selections. One service detail that stood out occurred during the breakfast buffet: we were initially seated at a very small table in a crowded area. When I asked about moving to a larger table in a quieter space, none were available at the time. Although we stayed put, a staff member later came to inform us as soon as a larger table opened and moved us promptly. I was very impressed by that level of attentiveness and follow-through.
Most of the staff went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our visit. A special shout-out to Patrick Wong, the manager at the lobby lounge. When the hostess initially declined to seat us by the window despite visible availability, Patrick stepped in and arranged a window table for us. This level of service was greatly appreciated,
