Decent room excellent view we were on the 26th floor could see across victoria harbor easy walking around the island and dinning was also great. Traditional chinese dinner available as well as cafe dinning and breakfasts

Location was great, very accessible to the MTR and easy to do sight seeing. Sheung Wan is a lively area with plenty of restaurants and bars to pick from. Room was clean and good size for one person. Breakfast buffet was also quite good. Giving this a 4-star rating as the receptionist at check in was a bit rude and muttering under his breath not thinking I could understand what he was saying. Other than him the staff were friendly enough.

Easy check in, good location (10 min walk to central), rooms were clean and tidy and staff were helpful. Starbucks on ground floor was a happy coincidence - we never used any if the amenities but they looked good. Overall good value for money.

Had a wonderful nine nights at this hotel. Harbor view is 100% worth it. The buffet was a great way to start the day (even though travelers should go have a few dim sum breakfasts during their HK stay). Yes the mattress was a bit hard but that’s to my liking. Had a great experience I’d 100% recommend.

Nice hotel, coveniently located right next to the ferry terminal for macau. The room with harbour view is defenitely worth the premium.Only recomandation is to ask for a topper even before check in (even with that the bed remains quite hard) and yes you defenitely need to bring a jacket to the breakfast area. Room are basic but clean and nothing to complain about

Best part of our nine day stay was the view from the rooms. Both adjoining top floor rooms for family of four had harbor view advertised and it was worth the cost to wake up every morning to the water and to see night lights before bed each day. Bed was firm and beddings clean and comfortable. Housekeeping tidied up daily and changed towels, which was more than expected. Nice to return to clean room daily after a long day. Also liked the hotel location… it was not in Central but close by and easily accessible to east and west via the HK’s vintage tram, which we loved and used most of the time. Liked the residential nature of the hotel location and being able to immerse ourselves in local life.
