"Five star hotel and right next to the Gundam base and statue. Plus many museums either 5 to 10 minutes away walking or train. Amazing food options on the 30th floor. Great views and an extremely helpful and kind staff. When I stay in Tokyo I will always stay here for the last couple days of my trip. Just feels luxurious and really makes you appreciate all the time you spent in the city. "

"The hotel itself is nice. It's big, clean and honestly no issue with the hotel part itself. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Free bottled water left after service and you can ask for more if needed. What we really struggled with here was the lack of decent food and operation hours of the convenience stores. This hotel is on the Disney resort area so you would think there would be more accessible food options and stores/hours as lots of families and people in general...
