"nice first place/hotel to go to in Tokyo
+easy luggage drop off service (good service in general)
+very well-equipped hotel with good WiFi (even a Lan connection is there)
+and very nice hot bath at the top floor inkl. ~open air bath
+ good location imo

"The location is rather off track. Right in front of a highway flyover. Building were only service with just 6 to 8 persons and every morning, it's just a terrible wait for stopping all floors before you can end up on ground for your breakfast. Breakfast close like 10 am just too early. I wouldn't rate it as 3 stars.maybe one"

"The location is overall convenient and my room was overall decent but the view not so much they could use a few more washing machines two just don’t cut it. They’re always busy and for an average price of $300 per day there are definitely alternatives with better amenities and a better price."

"I had a room with a king size bed but it had the smallest bathroom I've ever been into in Japan. The tub is literally for a child. I'm 5'3 and it was very small for me still. The steamer I borrowed didn't work really, It kept turning off. Their water heater looked so cheap it didn't work also. I was expecting a lot more class out of that place since it's supposed to be a four star hotel. But honestly everything just seemed very mid.
