Hotel Keluarga di Shibuya

"Great location! Close to the subway, shops, restaurants. Our hotel room was quite spacious with plenty of amenities. It did not have a microwave in the room but there was one on the 9th floor and another floor. Check in was easy and the staff was friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel. My only negative is that it was very crowded due to it being at the Shibuya Crossing, first few days were great but after it was chaos. That is just me, nothing against the hotel."

"Location was excellent. Free coffee in lobby with snacks. Passing trains can be heard from the room but stop at night. Staff try to be very helpful."

"Prime locations, good staff, many free amenities"

"Excellent"

"Room was clean, very small for a Tokyo room couldn’t open suitcases anywhere but the bed. Even though it was a small room it was tidy and clean but just the lack of space for us"

"Great hotel for a family with 8 year old kids. Very friendly staff. Easy hotel to get to places and just ‘be’ in central Tokyo."

"The Sequence Hotel is in a great location, just a short distance from Shibuya Station, with plenty of nightlife, restaurants, and shopping nearby. Our room was quite small, but it offered a beautiful view. Unfortunately, despite the convenient location, I would not stay here again. The layout of the room made it very difficult for two people to move around comfortably. There was very little space to walk around the bed, which became inconvenient during our stay. We had booked two rooms and...

"Very near Kyoto station"

"We liked the wash/dry machine in the room. The staff were nice especially Mr. Naoki helped us print out our train tickets. We’re not sure how to go with"

"A family of 5 and we booked two rooms. We were one room away from each other so that was great. Rooms were amazingly clean, staff were friendly and helpful, several people spoke English, and we were central to everything in Shibuya. We got the 21st floor which was a great view!"

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Location: just beside Shibuya Station (New South Gate)"

"Great place to stay And handy"
