However, overall i would rate them a 8/10. When in NYC/Times Square you do not spend much time in your room anyways. Overall, great experience and we would definitely stay there again, if we are ever in NYC again. "

"Great for short stay. Easy access to subway and downtown areas. Room was tiny for two people. With zero storage. It would have been great if they had a cupboard under the vanity and a longer vanity top. Staff friendly and helpful."

"The room was nice and modern. The staff was also very friendly and we loved how they allowed us to hold our bags to explore the city before check in. The only complaints were that the elevators took forever and when they did arrive, most of the time they were full. Also the ice machine was broken on our floor forcing us to wait a long while for the elevator to get ice."
