"New, fresh & clean. Our flight was cancelled and we were able to book our room with ease and very little inconvenience. One drawback, the TV did not work properly so we were unable to relax and watch something prior to going to sleep. Other than that, nice place to stay. Thank you."

"The room I was given was very spacious and felt luxurious. The amenities provided were well stocked and in working condition and very useful to me during my trip. The bed was large and comfortable and sheets were clean. The restroom had a good amount of towels in the shower was clean and even had shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner provided. Finally, the view of the Queensboro Bridge and of the city across the water was so beautiful. My only complaint/advice is that I wish the floors were vacuumed a little more as I discovered some dust and some hair by the curtains. There was also a short hair underneath a pillow when I was adjusting the bed. Other than that the hotel room was clean comfortable and definitely worth the price paid."

"This hotel is not the four seasons. It is an AMAZING deal for the money. Big rooms (bigger than five star basic room options at 5x price) sheets and bed clean and comfortable. Bathrooms much nicer than budget hotel options. This is an excellent budget option. "
