"The Millenium staff was wonderful. Every staff member we encountered was helpful and courteous. The location was the big selling point. Right in Time Square and walking distance to shows and other sights. "

I ask the staff for water after they gave me a bay orange juice. She said I could only get one drink per ticket. The main good perk was how close the hotel was to time square. "

"Convenient location. Check-in staff was courteous and efficient. Other than that, the experience was more of a 3 star rather than 4 star hotel. Room was small, no mini fridge, no coffee machine. Room temperature was centrally controlled, making it uncomfortably hot or cold. WIndow was sealed shut so no option to get fresh air. Bathroom shower drain was clogged. Breakfast quality was poor. We will not recommend nor return to this hotel."
