"The room condition is ok but don't think worth compared to paid amount. The hotel need to spend little more on the pillow because it's not a hotel grade and can cause neck pain. Rest is ok. Watch out for the free parking since the space is very very limited. You might need to leave your key. The gate will be closed after midnight and you might need to wait for a while to in and out"

"Overall a nice experience for short birthday staycation with my son. Room is on the small side but equipped with all basic amenities needed. Small problem maybe is ants in room after I left donut overnight not securely wrapped. Love the rooftop swimming pool level, small but with nice view of kl city. Lobby area is lovely too, has nice welcoming feel to guest. Reception staff pleasant & with smiles. We would love to come again next time."

"It's fully equipped, the management is super helpful. And the place is super clean with parking provided. Soundproofing is quite bad to be honest, wish the windows can be soundproofed and sound from corridor can be heard. Lift can be improved but overall it's a great place to stay."

"I booked and paid for a non smoking room but they check in me for a smoking room. When I called the reception and query they just give me the reason the hotel is out of non smoking room. I requested for a clean up and I waited for 1hour no one shown up. I went down to the reception and complain then. They then simply change me to smaller room and ask me to go and have a look myself. That's definitely no! So I have no choice and to walk out of the hotel and find a new hotel myself!!!"
