Love this hotel! Stay here every time we come to Lake Tahoe! We love the pool and hot tub area. It is very family friendly. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The wifi is not the best. The beach passes are very helpful!

The place is average. The staff is friendly. Before booking I read the place has been going through a remodel so I expected the room to reflect it more. The cleanliness is meh. The carpet needs a cleaning or be replaced. There were a few black hairs on the bathroom ceiling and hairballs behind the door into the room. Dried food on the broken entertainment/dresser thing under the TV. The drawers wouldn’t go all the way in and seemed broken. The bed was pretty comfortable and it was nice being next to the pool/spa. The outside are was tidy. It’s within walking distance of places to eat and shop. Parking is first come first serve basis I don’t recommend taking your car out after 2:30-3 PM you may not find a parking spot if it’s a busy time for the hotel.

It had a nice pool and it was walking distance to the lake. They were working in the hot tub so it wasn’t available for use while we were there. We were disappointed in our junior suite. We did not have a closet or hangers for our clothing. it appears that housekeeping had not restocked the room with coffee and condiments. There were no washcloths in the rooms and only a very small bar of soap. The bedroom was nice but lighting was limited and the the ceiling fan was a little wobbly. It needs updating and painting.

Overrated. This is not a 3 star hotel. More like a 2 star motel. My check in was long and the staff had just walked in reeking of marijuana from his clothes and breadth. The next day, my room key card was erased and I could not reach front desk by phone and there was no one there physically for at least 20 minutes or longer to help with this issue. . Guests in the room right next to us were talking and partying all night long slamming bathroom doors and could not reach the front desk for help with noise complaint. We only had one towel for three days and they never cleaned our room. Pictures of the pool are misleading. Worst experience ever.

Staff were very disorganized. Room cleaning hadn’t been finished. Front desk didn’t tell cleaning staff they had rented the room, so cleaning staff came to try to clean while we were still there. Much confusion about even which room they were renting to us.

Staff very friendly. Property and rooms not very customer friendly. Hotel accepts dogs, yet property is not very customer friendly, with very limited areas for dogs. Room had air conditioning that didn’t work properly. Es and room is small. Beds were uncomfortable. Pillows flat. Room sleeps 4 but only had bath towels for 2. Had to ask for additional towels and toilet paper, as they do not clean rooms each day unless requested. Keys didn’t work for the rooms had to get fixed, and vouchers for fireworks show for 4th of July show not given at check in: had to ask about them in order to get into show. Pool was dirty, hot tubs dirty, trash cans full around property. We have been going to this hotel off and on for years but it feels very different; less attention paid to details and charging a ridiculous amount of money for what you get. We will no longer go to this hotel.

Nice property! Pool, and 2 Jacuzzi's, nice, clean, hot! Staff was welcoming! Rooms very clean. I recommend. Picnic tables to enjoy.
