We really enjoyed the hotel and the staff was very nice! We had a bit of an issue with checking in when we arrived -- the room keys did not work, so we had to go back/forth and also we did not get the premium room we booked for my husband's birthday celebration. Given that it was a fully booked weekend with Memorial Day, the manager gave us a refund of the room difference. Also, the room remote control was not working properly, so we had a really hard time with the tv. A full-length mirror for the room would have been an extra nice touch. We loved the gift of breakfast, drink, and private beach vouchers and being able to make our own coffee & tea with access to a communal kitchen. We also really enjoyed the smores and evening events. Lastly, they welcomed our pup so nicely and he had a great time meeting other fur-friends. Thank you again for the experience! We'd definitely try another time at The Coachman in the future!

Great little gem! Cute, simple, minimalistic hotel with some great touches! Comfortable bed, black out shades, heated toilet seat, heating and air. Cafe in lobby offering simple food, lattes, and alcohol. Kitchen available also with toasters, microwave, sink, coffee, tea and water. Happy hour each night. Bocce ball and cornhole available. Pool and jacuzzi and gym! I would’ve given it 5 stars had their not been mold through out shower and bath. I know this is hard to control, but it needs to be! I would also recommend they offer slippers for the cement floors. You can tell they are trying to accommodate their customer base! Lovely place overall!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this super chic hotel. Room was clean and renovated. The reception and common areas were super cozy and inviting. We especially enjoyed happy hour and the hot spa to wind down a long day of skiing. Staff were very friendly and helpful. 10 out of 10!

Everything was great except the water pressure in the shower is horrible, water barely comes out. Also the mattress is just ok, somewhat old and ready to be replaced.
