"Extremely disappointed! Aroa is suppose to be one of the best hotels on the strip, I spent so much money for a two night stay to get a low budget looking room. I booked a king deluxe strip view which I did not end up getting they gave me a regular room because nothing else was available and did not want to accommodate me. Check in Rome is at 3 I went up to the lobby at 2pm to check in and pay my fees the host said they will text me at 3pm or before when my room is ready, It was 3:20 when I went...
