Staff were rude upon making request for toiletries items to the room, you have to apparently request cleaning service, pool was shut down for the time we were there. Disappointed in our stay.

Stayed here 3 times this winter and all stays were consistently very good. Had everything I could need. Tucked away from the main strip but close enough if you wanted to venture out. Home away from home.

Property said they couldn't find the reservation. They gave us a room and said they would research it, and now are saying they are going to charge us the walk-in rate. Also, I was charged an international transaction fee for a domestic property reservation.
