"Absolutely faultless. The room was spotless, everything immaculate, larger than I expected, better equipped (did I mention the hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine?), had all you needed to settle in straightaway - a small bottle of milk in the fridge, washing powder, dishwasher tablets, coffee pods, and even salt and pepper grinders. "Less than 5 mins walk to City Square so perfect location. Checkin was so easy with staff so polite and helpful. They informed us we had been given a free room upgrade which was not only ideal but most unexpected. Room had a well equipped kitchenette bedroom and bathroom facilities all so clean.
