"Very nice hotel and lovely breakfast too. We were with a toddler so cautious about the noise as there were many reviews about high noise level. When we close the windows, it didn’t bother us. It’s so close to many good restaurants and attractions. So we loved it."

"The room was very comfortable, the staff friendly and the swimming pool was the perfect temperature. We didn't use the gym. The hotel is within walking distance (or a short bus ride) from Headingly Cricket Ground (which is why we were in Leeds). We were in the bar watching the football for England v Croatia in the World Cup, but the service was still fast and there was a great atmosphere too."

"Note the hotel is surrounded by bars open until 4am and 6am and if your room is facing out on to the main road you might be in for a very sleepless night. The hotel have very little empathy, just along the lines of what do you expect, its in a city centre hotel,.thats the general attitude. Also outright lied and said they offered an alternative room which when i asked at reception was actually told an outtright "no we are fully booked but there are earplugs provided in your room". Such a shame...

"Room was large which was nice , unfortunately there is no air conditioning and with the exceptional hot weather it was very hot , staff had laid on a fan which helped. The views across the cricket pitch was amazing but unfortunately the room door to the balcony seated area was locked due to health and safety reasons .which was disappointing."
