"I cannot fault the Quebec Luxury apartments, the only downside is that we were only staying one night! The concierge lady was so lovely and welcoming, and we were able to leave our bags at reception early and they were waiting in our room after checking in. The check in time is 2pm which is conveniently earlier than a lot of hotels, the 11am check out was equally good as it felt we weren't rushing on the morning. "Great hotel. We had an incident whereby on night one a neighbouring room had a very loud and aggressive domestic. Staff acted promptly and it was dealt with. I have to say the staff here are fantastic. Amazing with kids, go out of their way to be kind and helpful. The food is great. Pool is an added bonus. Rooms clean, warm and good hot water shower. Ticked all the boxes for us. Bus stop across the road so east access into Leeds too. Definitely will be booking again when back in Leeds"

"All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful The hotel is undergoing a major refurbishment and looking amazing. The only minor downside to our stay was the air conditioning/ heating not working as a consequence of the refurbishment. The brilliant staff had a portable heater put in our room within minutes. Excellent service from excellent staff. Looking forward to staying again. "
