"Stayed here numerous times and didn’t feel like our room was so good this time. We had room with free access to the 24/7 club room with drinks and snacks. However the night and next day the drinks all tasted like tonic water nothing had been changed or checked or had just been ignored. Not really any interaction with staff and just didn’t seem so special. Excellent location and it is a lovely hotel still and we would come again and hope next time would be more like the class we’ve previously...

"Never had the breakfast rooms clean bed comfy but the lifts where so slow to the point we had to start walking down 12 floors as one was out of order then when you do get the lift it’s going to every floors and everyone is cramped in not good."

"We booked a junior suite on a hot summer day of 32 degrees to save going home
The junior suite had no air conditioning at all only 2 noisy fans blowing hot air around the large sun kissed suite
I called reception was flippant saying no management was available until 7 pm this was 6 pm
On arrival of duty manager they showed us a smaller room smelling of fast food and an odour we were then taken to another room the rooms were not a junior suite it was a downgrade we were offered a refund two...
