Excellent location next to the train station. Beautifully designed hotel which looks recently renovated. Friendly staff with excellent customer service. Yummy breakfast with good choices. Very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel in a great location for train station, and city centre attractions. Room was large and bed was very comfortable. Would have liked a better selection on the tea tray and a biscuit. Shower was excellent, but dispensers for toiletries too high. All in all will definitely be a returning customer

Lovely stay in the grand Old Dame of Leeds hotels . My first visit since its extensive refurbishment. There is some current building works / internal modifications going on but the hotel is working just fine . Looking forward to trying the new restaurant when its completed
