"We loved our stay here! Everywhere was spotless, the room was cozy and the bed comfortable. I loved the pool, and was pleased there was a sauna in the room and that the pool had an in-built jacuzzi. Reception was nice and there were lots of local goodies on sale for a reasonable price. All the staff we encountered were really pleasant, friendly and helpful. "Our stay with you was spectacular. All the staff we talked to or came into contact with were exceptional, well done it felt great. There was a lady who managed the bar (I missed her name but she's a 6'2" runner from Oldham) and she was absolutely awesome. "Enjoyed our stay. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was warm and comfortable with an excellent view across to Clifford’s Tower. The hotel is within very easy walking distance to the town centre. At the moment lots of building work in this area but you are not far from the lovely streets and shopping in York."
