"Grand hotel, clean and all great"

"The Club Deluxe room makes travelling with a baby and a pram a breeze. You have so much room! The room was fantastic, very clean, huge comfy bed, great facilities. We've booked again for Easter."

"Perfect last minute stay. I always stay at The Dean Court, however the Hilton had better amenities in the room from shampoo, conditioner. Coffee, tea and TV! The pillows were so comfortable! "

"Was disappointed to find that there was no available gym in the hotel, even though it is advertised as such. The sofa bed in the room was broken, as was the air-conditioning. Staff attempted to fix it but didn’t make a difference. When we visited, there was a pile of mattresses sitting in the lobby. Surely there’s a better way to manage this. We shared our complaints with staff at the hotel but they showed little interest so I hope management will take note "

"Clean and comfortable room, great food, breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had anywhere, a great credit to the Chef ! Will definitely return again for another stay. Staff were friendly & courteous. A lovely pub hotel in a quiet village. "
