The property is well located for a stay in York, convenient for the train station and also for access to the city centre. It was clean and the room was well appointed. Lovely roof top bar giving a view across the city. Breakfast was good.

Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and practical. Ideal location for the train station. Staff were friendly and a big shout out to Marcus last night, he makes the best espresso martini. Thank you for making our night.

The hotel was great , very clean, modern & a few minutes walk from the station and the surrounding areas re- shops & pubs , restaurants. . All staff were extremely helpful & pleasant. Only thing I would say is more choice on their menu for main meal. However, everything was cooked to perfection including breakfast . Had a lovely stay .

Bar and dining staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was really nice A bit disappointing that reception were not able to allow us to get into our room an hour early to change clothes for an event we were attending just after 3. Surely there would have been rooms available by 2pm?
